What is a Fellowship Summit?
A Fellowship Summit is a gathering of Christians who spend several days seeking the Lord and His agenda for their individual lives, families, church, and community.
Why Attend a Fellowship Summit?
- To strengthen your relationship with the Lord through uniterrupted time with Him.
- To strengthen your relationship with other believers through shared experience.
- For an opportunity to seek His will for your life and church.
What is our focus?
- Our goal is to seek God's face (praise & worship) more so than His hands (requests).
- We want to talk to Him, not just about Him.
- We just want to sing to him, not just about Him.
- We want to passionately seek to understand, know, and intimately relate to Him first and foremost.
- Anything else will only be significant if it is in response to this commitment. As we know His heart through this extended time of worship and devotion, we can then respond to His will as His Spirit directs. We come with no personal agendas and we will leave with only one - HIS!
Testimonials
“When I decided to attend the summit was with trepidation of the unknown. I was scared I would be distracted, it would be boring – 3 days of prayer?!?! But God met me where I was & a peace that had been missing wrapped around me like a warm blanket on a cold day. I experienced an unexplained joy & my racing thoughts slowed down. God drew me to Him! I was able to focus & unburden & I had so much fun doing it! Can’t wait for next year!”
"The time I took and needed to be at the summit was very refreshing and appreciate the time spent with God to just be quiet, to rest in God, and to renew my trust in Him in all things."
“Coming into this summit I really only expected to meet vertically with God and grow in my prayer life. While both of those things certainly did happen, I did not expect to feel the Holy Spirit moving as strongly as He did. I have never felt the presence of God so intensely. I also experienced great unity. I have read in Acts and in the Pauline epistles about unity, but during the summit, I felt unity like you read about in Scripture. God blew me away.”

How do Summits function?
Prayer
Early in the summit we will strongly focus on prayers of praise and worship.
Later on, as the Spirit leads, we will enter into other dimensions of prayer.

Singing
Spontaneous songs of praise and worship will be encouraged throughout the summit.
Scripture Reading
The interspersing of Scripture is vital to our summit, since we desire to hear from God via His Word.
Personal Response
As the Lord directs, we will encourage some times of personal response as part of the flow.
This will become a more prominent part of the summit in the last couple of days, especially in the smaller groups.

There is no agenda for the time we spend together. Several dynamics will be utilized, including large group meetings, small groups, personal time, and free time. During free time as directed by our facilitator, you may choose to take advantage of the activity facilities offered at Hidden Acres, including the indoor gym and swimming pool, game room, and many outdoor walking/hiking trails. Time set aside for rest and rejuvenation is a valuable element of our summit.
This summit will include men and women in the large-group experience with gender-specific break out groups.
